Replacement , Returns and Refunds Policies .

 Returns, Replacement and Refunds are Allowed within 5 Days of delivery if the products received are damaged or not correct, GrandeBella will resend a correct or a new product if available. Customer is not required to bear cost to get a new product.

Returns exclude underwear & Lingerie. 

Shop Pay Installments Refund or Return:

If the customer's refund amount is less than the amount remaining on their Shop Pay Installments balance, then the customer can expect one or both of the following:

- A smaller payment balance on the final payment.

- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.

If the customer's refund amount is more than the amount remaining on their Shop Pay Installments balance, then the customer can expect to receive the difference as a refund to their original payment method. If the customer requests a refund for an order they've made monthly payments for, then their paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing and isn't refundable.

How to Start a Return, Replacement and  Refund?

To apply for a case of replacement, return or refund, please send an email to our customer service and include: order number, the reason of return and picture of product if necessary. You will then receive an email with the instruction and confirmed Process.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached and in its packaging. 

any item purchased by gift cards or promo code, customer will be charged for the return up to $35. 

in case the reason of return is chosen a wrong size. customer will be charged for return cost based on the purchased item.

In Case of Return **We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return; and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund on the original payment method. (Please allow up to 7 days for the refund transfer to show up on your account ).
